Sara Glojnarić is our guest on the latest episode of “Komponist*in zum Frühstück.”

Born in Zagreb, Croatia, in 1991, the composer’s music deliberately navigates the boundaries between art music and popular forms of expression, using this tension as a creative driving force. Her aim is not merely to fuse genres, but to engage in a critical reflection on the mechanisms of identity and cultural representation. Feminist and queer perspectives, as well as broader sociopolitical conditions of music, shape her work just as much as her exploration of collective memory and intercultural divides. 

Breakfast includes: coffee, a glass of orange juice, scrambled eggs with or without ham or a hard-boiled egg, jam, various vegan and vegetarian spreads such as hummus, cheese, sausage, and a selection of rolls (including gluten-free options), muesli, and fruit.
