Nancy-Spero-Saal HELLERAU – Führung

As part of TONLAGEN, the art historian Susanne Altmann will be showing Helmut Oehring’s installation in the Nancy Spero Hall, which was designed by the artist of the same name. The North American artist Nancy Spero (1926-2009) created an extraordinary wall installation for the Festspielhaus Hellerau in 1998. The artist, who was engaged as a women’s rights activist, used a special stamp printing technique on paper in addition to the medium of wall printing.
