Tickets and group bookings can be reserved via the Visitor Center by email or telephone. These tickets are paid for by invoice or on collection at the Visitor Center.
Card payment (Girocard, Maestro, VISA or Mastercard) is possible in the visitor center and at the box office.

Combined ticket: Our tickets are valid from 4 hours before the start of the event until 4 a.m. on the following day on all local public transport within the VVO network (except special public transport).
Note: Not valid for workshops, external events & guided tours. Also valid for Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company events.
Advance booking for our events usually begins on the first workday of the month for the following month. Special advance booking starts are shown in our performance schedule.
There is free seating at our performances.
For sold-out performances, a waiting list is kept starting 4 hours before the performance begins.
Only a limited number of parking spaces are available on the grounds of the Festspielhaus. Purchasing a ticket does not entitle you to a parking space.

There is no difference in price between tickets purchased in advance, in the online store or at the box office. The advance booking fees are included in the final price. Please note that there are additional system fees when purchasing via the online store.
Tickets that have already been paid for cannot be exchanged or returned and are only possible if the event organizer changes the performance.
Our box office is open one hour before the start of each event. It is not possible to reserve tickets at the box office. The sale of tickets for the event taking place has priority at the box office.

Reduced prices apply to children up to the age of 14, schoolchildren, students, trainees, volunteers (Federal Voluntary Service/Voluntary Social Year/Voluntary Military Service), holders of social passes from German municipalities / the Dresden Pass, holders of the Dresden Volunteer Pass and severely disabled people with a disability of 80 percent or more (GdB).
An accompanying person of a severely disabled person receives free admission upon proof of the need for an accompanying person (registered “B”).
Holders of the Dresden Pass receive free admission to selected events from 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
