Advance Booking

Refugees receive a 2-euro ticket for each of our performances upon presentation of appropriate proof. Available at the Visitor Centre.

You can find tickets for our events via our playbill and via the online shop. Tickets that have already been paid for can only be exchanged or returned if the performance is changed. 

There is free seating at our performances.
In the case of sold-out performances, a waiting list is kept from 4 hours before the performance begins.
Only a limited number of parking spaces are available on the Festspielhaus grounds. The purchase of a ticket does not entitle the holder to a parking space.

The front-of-house staff of POWER PERSONEN-OBJEKT-WERKSCHUTZ GMBH will accompany our events and will be happy to assist you safely and competently in all matters. Further details about your visit to HELLERAU can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

Reductions for children, schoolchildren, students, trainees, volunteers in the social year, in the federal voluntary service or voluntary military service, unemployed persons and recipients of benefits according to SGB II and XII, holders of the Dresden Pass, holders of the Ehrenamtspass, people who are entitled to benefits according to §1 of the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act, as well as severely disabled persons from 80 percent (GdB) and their accompanying person. Recipients of benefits according to SGB II and XII as well as §1 of the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act receive free admission to selected events. Valid proof of eligibility is required. 

Our box office is open two hours before the performance begins. Reservations and tickets must be collected 30 minutes before the start of the event. Otherwise they go back on sale.

There is no price difference between tickets purchased in advance, in the online shop or at the box office. Advance booking fees are included in the final price. Please note that there are additional shipping charges when purchasing tickets through the online shop.
