HELLERAU – European Center for the Arts lives through the encounter with artistic positions and processes from the fields of dance, theater, performance and music. Through formats such as workshops, talks, exchange with other communities and guided tours, HELLERAU is also a place for new encounters and experiences.

In collaboration with choreographers, dancers and interdisciplinary artists, practical and theoretical impulses are conveyed on contemporary topics in the performing arts. 

For this purpose, we offer programs for different age and experience groups, in which dancing, learning and trying out new things can take place. In addition, we are always interested in new collaborations and are happy to support the development of new project ideas.
