Interspecies Awareness Workshop: Alle Level

with Rosalind Masson

2024/25 JOIN Workshop Kulturgarten
Photo: Rosalind Masson

Led by Rosalind Masson /Anima(l)[us],  participants are able to experience a deepened sense of self in connection with other species. Rosalind invites participants to join her in guided observation and breath work of and with trees in the Kulturgarden. This will be followed by exploring touch and consent using native plant species. By allowing impressions to flow into the body/mind through observation, breath-work and touch, sensory information can be gathered, which can help support the nervous system and open up a interspecies dialogue for a healthier relation to self and planet.

The workshop is open to any level of experience and is suitable for children aged 12+. Please bring comfortable, waterproof clothes, a pencil and paper and some water.

Duration: ca. 3 h
