Yoga for Seniors
with the Beratungs- und Begegnungszentrum für Seniorinnen und Senioren Dresden-Klotzsche
The Festspielhaus Hellerau, a place of culture, encounters and dance, is opening its doors for the movement program of the Beratungs- und Begegnungszentrum für Senioren und Seniorinnen Dresden-Klotzsche. We meet every second Friday of the month to practice yoga together from 10:00 to 11:00.
Through yoga, we maintain the strength and flexibility of our bodies, find peace and strengthen ourselves for the challenges of everyday life. We focus on the individual needs of the participants, so no previous experience is necessary.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga/sports mat and a warm blanket if required.
