IHOPEIWILL

threeiscompany & Jaro Viňarský

2024/25 Nebenan Große Stücke Tanz

How do we imagine a future for ourselves and future generations? In this solo, dancer Soňa Ferienčíková embarks on a powerful and hopeful search for forms of connection. She draws lines in a fragile framework in order to balance on them, establishes relationships, falls, is held. And thus imagines a shared future. The work is accompanied by sound fragments and video interviews in which the interviewees reflect on how we live together in the face of current crises.

Duration: ca. 1 h 15 min
Language: Slovakian with german and english subtitles
