HELLERAUmoves: All Levels
with Patscharaporn Distakul & Alessandra Corti (Living Dance Studio)
The workshop begins with a warm-up to improve coordination, strength, and body awareness towards the space around, and the other participants. Series of improvisation scores altered with set and simple partnering exercises encourage participants to develop an individual body approach. Visualizations and use of images are introduced to help finding and developing specific movement qualities.
The second part of the workshop is dedicated to “Storytelling”. Participants will be guided through a series of scores related to sharing and telling stories and experiences as well as scores to engage with the act of listening and providing space for each other.
