For one hour, the lights are turned off in HELLERAU and the empty room is opened for a dance performance mit Musik von enelRAM (nice4what, Leipzig), where everyone can dance away the sorrows of the week – uninhibited and unobserved. No dress code, no show dancing, no alcohol – but best dancing mood!
Between workshop and workout, NO LIGHTS NO LYCRA is above all a collective experience that easily infiltrates social barriers and norms. The movement was founded in Melbourne in 2009 and has since spread rapidly around the world.
