Réka Oberfrank

2023/24 Nebenan Tanz

Réka Oberfrank uses the language of dance to tell of the infinite possibilities of delicate connections that people form with each other, of tiny frictions that become huge abysses, of the self that feels at home in the uniformity of the group or yet gets lost. The bodies of the seven dancers are intertwined to form a human architecture, they communicate with each other, harmonize and develop a shared dynamic power. They wrestle with each other and search for a path between the struggle for survival and necessary cooperation – a playful and highly virtuoso piece.
