Dear audience, honored guests,

we very much regret that the 9th Long Night of the Dresden Theatres on Saturday 14 March 2020 had to be cancelled due to a decree on measures against the spread of the corona virus in Saxony. All visitors who have already purchased their wristbands and tickets in advance can return them and get their money back.

Please note that you can only return the wristbands and cards where you bought them.

From June 8th to 30th, 2020 you can return your purchased wristbands for the cancelled 9th LONG NIGHT OF THE DRESDNER THEATRE. Wristbands purchased at the central advance booking office of the Staatsschauspiel Dresden can be returned Monday to Friday from 10.00 – 18.30 hrs at the box office and service centre in the Schauspielhaus. SaxTicket ribbons can be returned at the ticket counter in the Schauburg, Königsbrücker Straße 55, 01099 Dresden, Monday to Friday from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Please note that the ribbons and corresponding seat tickets are not valid for a Long Night of Dresden Theatres 2021.

When returning the tickets, please comply with the regulations for the containment of the corona virus. Please wear your mouth/nose protection, keep a distance of 1.5 metres to other customers* and employees* and follow the signs to the entrances and exits.

Please note that you can only return the ribbons and tickets where you bought them.

All ribbons purchased at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden in the central advance booking office can be returned at the Schauspielhaus Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00 hrs. To avoid waiting times, return is possible in the long term – until 31 May 2020.

All ribbons and tickets purchased online via SaxTicket must be returned to SaxTicket by 31 May 2020 or handed in on site to receive a refund. Address: SaxTicket at the Schauburg, Königsbrücker Straße 55, 01099 Dresden. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 20.00, Saturday, 10.00 to 14.00.
