The dance workshop refers to the basic elements of the dance piece KREISEN. Participants will follow circular movements, exhaust the power of the spiral and try not to let a movement end, but to continue it again and again in a different form. In addition to further exercises and improvisations, participants will also explore the rhythm on which the so-called “techno folklore” scene is based.
Participants do not need any previous dance experience. The only requirements are the joy of movement and comfortable clothing.
Duration: ca. 1 h 30 min
Suitable for all 16 years and older!
