You will learn interesting facts about the extraordinary architecture of the Festspielhaus, which was built according to plans of Heinrich Tessenow as a pioneer of modern architecture of the 20th century, as well as about the origin of the house as a rhythm school, which was founded here by Émile Jaques-Dalcroze and much more. Discover with us the moving stories of the Festspielhaus, a place that attracted artists and architects from all over Europe, such as Le Corbusier, Kafka, Kokoschka, Nolde, Poelzig, Rachmaninoff and Mary Wigman and the development of the house into a true laboratory of modernity.
