The Austrian choreographer Simon Mayer has been working for years with performances and art actions on a utopian, universal folk dance that is free of boundaries such as gender, politics, history or racism. In doing so, he mainly uses techniques such as trance and meditation. In the workshop Mayer invites all interested people to look for ways to unite body and mind and to reach a transcending state.
