In the course of this multi-day workshop, various basics of contemporary dance are taught. We will try to grasp and expand the individual range of movement and implement it in our own expression. With the help of various improvisation and movement techniques, we choreograph our own dance performance. The focus is on the joy and fun of movement – under the motto “Everything can, nothing has to”, we find our own physicality and celebrate it in dance. No previous knowledge required.

The total cost of the four day workshop is 29 €.
All four days the workshop will be taking place from 10:30 – 12:00 h.
