Being Hier

Since October 2018, 13 women from different backgrounds and with diverse life experiences have been meeting with the aim of creating a piece that takes a critical look at the topic of “mother-daughter relationships” at various levels. Through an intensive exchange of experiences and the testing of various art forms (dance, singing, shadow and puppet theatre, etc.), the emotional, cultural and social aspects of the mother-daughter relationship were reflected with a critical eye. The story is told of a life cycle in which the special relationship between mother and daughter is examined and presented in different phases.
