This workshop is open to everyone who wants to experiment with physical expression and creative imagery, regardless of prior experience. Discover how our past experiences can find expression through movement, opening up new possibilities for connection and creativity.
Together, elements are created which reflect personal and shared experiences—those “ghosts” that still accompany and shape us. Through a blend of floorwork, acrobatic approaches, and fluid dance movements, you will explore how motion can flow seamlessly between grounded and airborne states.
