“Werkbund – Discover Hellerau” a website of the Deutsche Werkbund Sachsen e.V. is now online!
Here, a wide range of information and images about Hellerau can be accessed digitally in German, English, in simple language and sign language. With the help of the accessible knowledge archive, the history of the garden city Hellerau can be discovered from its beginnings to the present.
Werkbund Sachsen e.V. is a member of Deutscher Werkbund e.V., the joint platform of all regional Werkbünde.
Together with seven other institutions, it is a player in the Center for Building Culture Saxony in the Kulturpalast in Dresden. The Werkbund Sachsen has its headquarters in the Hellerau Festival Hall, which is used by the HELLERAU European Center for the Arts (EZK) for contemporary art. Today, the Werkbund is a cooperation partner of the EZK.
