Workshop Ballet for Beginners

In this Zoom workshop, ballet master Armin Frauenschuh explains and demonstrates the essential principles of classical ballet methodology for participants aged 9 to 99. Based on the five basic positions, this traditional technique is still the daily basis for many professional dancers today, regardless of whether they devote themselves to traditional performance practice or contemporary dance. The workshop will show how dancers prepare themselves for their daily work and keep in shape. Typical movement sequences are explained and learned together.
