HELLERAU Card

With the HELLERAU Card Basic for € 19 (reduced € 9*) you receive a 25% discount on all performances in HELLERAU for one season. The card is only available as a subscription and is automatically extended for a further season (01.08.-31.07.), unless cancelled in writing by 30.04.

With the HELLERAU Card Plus for € 29 (reduced € 19*) you receive a 50% discount on all performances in HELLERAU for one season. Dresden Pass holders receive the HELLERAU Card Plus at the particularly favourable price of €9. The HELLERAU Card is non-transferable. The card is only available as a subscription and is automatically extended for a further season (01.08.-31.07.), unless cancelled in writing by 30.04.

With the HELLERAU Card Premium for €249 (reduced €149*) you receive a 100% discount on all HELLERAU performances for one season. The card is valid for the duration of the season for which it was purchased; it is not automatically renewed. The ticket does not automatically entitle you to a seat. A ticket is required for each event.

Tip: Get/reserve your free ticket at the Visitor Centre or at the box office to avoid the service fee of €1.00 in the webshop.

With the HELLERAU Card 4Students for €9, students receive a 50% discount on all performances at HELLERAU for one season and can also purchase last-minute tickets at the box office for €6 10 minutes before the performance begins, provided tickets are still available. The ticket is valid for the duration of the season for which it was purchased; it is not automatically extended. The ticket is only available on presentation of a valid proof of enrolment at a state vocational academy, university or university of applied sciences.

I would like to buy a new HELLERAU Card. What do I have to do?
The first step, of course, is to decide on a model. Our colleagues at the Visitor Centre will be happy to advise you. The following documents must then be completed, signed and returned to us.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive written confirmation of how payment will be made, when your HELLERAU Card will be activated and how you will receive your personal HELLERAU Card in cheque size format.

Can I buy a HELLERAU Card at the box office?
No, you cannot buy a HELLERAU Card at the box office. The sale and activation of a HELLERAU Card requires several time-consuming steps, which would unfortunately only delay the actual box office sales for the respective event. However, you are welcome to hand in your completed order forms and SEPA direct debit mandates to the box office staff. The applications will then be processed in the Visitor Centre over the next few working days.

Can I give a HELLERAU Card as a gift?
Unfortunately not. The HELLERAU Card requires personal data, which we can only process with personal consent and signature. However, you can give a HELLERAU voucher as a gift, which the recipient can use to buy a HELLERAU Card.

I already have a HELLERAU Card, but my account and/or address details have changed. What do I have to do?
To change your personal data, please fill out the following form, sign it and send it by post to the Visitor Centre, send it by email to ticket@hellerau.org or hand it in personally at the Visitor Centre or at the box office.
