HELLERmoves: Alle Level
with Ondrej Vidlar
In this workshop, Ondrej Vidlar will share his perspective on dance and movement, drawing on his years of experience in diverse movement practices. Over the years, Ondrej has worked with different choreographers, including Trajal Harrell, and he will share some of the movement strategies he has learned along the way.
The goal is to create a space where you can connect with your body and explore new possibilities of movement. This workshop will blend personal histories with a variety of dance styles – such as butoh, voguing, folk dance – and perspectives including pop culture, gender, fashion and postmodernism. The focus will be on expression, exploration and fun, encouraging each participants to find their own unique way of moving.
You will be guided through exercises that will allow you to play with your movement, develop your body language and imagine new ways of performing and dancing.
