Erzählcafé

In our story-telling café focusing on “Spurensuche” (searching for traces), we are devoting ourselves to the 1990s, which were as formative as they were adventurous for the Festspielhaus and its reconquest for the arts. Many people were involved in the revival of the Festspielhaus. What has remained from this time? What memories do we have? And how do we look back on that time 30 years ago today? 36 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall and 33 years to the day after the reopening of the Festspielhaus site, we want to find out more from the people of Hellerau, but also from the people of Dresden: Memories, anecdotes, stories and formative experiences associated with the Festspielhaus and its grounds in the 1990s.
