Here and Now

2025/26 Workshop Theater Residenz

“Here and Now” is a workshop using theatre-based techniques around self, surrounding and society. The workshop encourages participants to deeply appreciate their surroundings, critically engage with the present moment, and interrogate the concept of ‘Here and Now’. By centering on the self, the surroundings, and the society, the workshop works towards communal learning and the integration of time as a valuable tool and resource. We will work with theatre games, situational exercises, and appropriate mutual learning as an important tool.

For whom?

The workshop leads participants to situate themselves in their social-political environments. As such, it brings valuable tools for anyone who is (or wants to be) in direct touch with their surroundings and wants to further explore the possibilities of aware connections. These might be cultural and social workers, artists, community organisers, as well as teachers, facilitators and anyone who desires to root in Here and Now.
