Her Shadow Resources (School of Transmutation)
Tilman Aumüller
What if animals were paid for their work? What if artificial intelligence belonged to the people who use it? And what would fashion look like if nothing were thrown away?
What to expect?
While sustainability is often reduced to pragmatic solutions, the speculative fiction game “Her Shadow Resources” focuses on imagination. The participants invent wonders that change the future of a neighborhood. Using methods of experimental pen-and-paper role-playing games, they reflect on what other ways of living together they can imagine. As they tell stories together and plans fail, the players experience how a world unfolds unexpectedly through the interplay of diverse perspectives.
For whom?
Especially suited for people who enjoy storytelling and games and for people who are curious to expand the landscapes of their imaginations as well who are interested in how conflicts are navigated within group dynamics. No prior knowledge of storytelling or any other gamified experiences is required.

The gathering provides a space where participants can engage in moments of collective inquiry, challenge conventional formats, and push the boundaries of knowledge creation through embodied, experiential practices.
“Her Shadow Resources (School of Transmutation)” has been created by Tilman Aumüller & Christopher Krause, who have been exploring experimental role-playing games and other practices of collective imagination. Since 2022 in the context of The Club of What If, a club for shared imagining and role-playing games.
