HELLERmoves with Smadar Goshen

Smadar Goshen is a dancer, choreographer and certified Gaga instructor. In her classes, she works with the Gaga movement language, which expands body awareness, activates the imagination and strengthens the joy of movement. Through guided improvisation, participants are invited to discover new qualities of movement and explore their own bodies in an intuitive way.
