Voluntary year in the production office

Job description for the volunteer: We offer a comprehensive insight into production processes and production management in a small production team. Initial experience in the theatre sector is nice-to-have but not essential.

Requirements

Interest in the fields of cultural management, marketing or theater/music studies, interest in theater, music & dance, creative commitment, ability to work under pressure/independence, good office skills, fluent in spoken and written German, good knowledge of English, flexibility in working hours

Tasks

• General office organisation
• Assistance with travel and accommodation logistics, rehearsal logistics & artist support Assistance with event organisation
• Activities include
  • Support in the organisation of current and future productions
  • Support in the billing of productions and guest performances

In our open, small production team, we offer basic insights into all areas of work in a modern theater company, from general office organisation to assistance at evening events and independent supervision of smaller projects. In addition to working on day-to-day production and independent tasks, we offer close contact with the artists.
