Exercise and dance for everyone aged 60 and over, as well as for young people aged between 14 and 21. This series of workshops brings generations together and fosters connections through the art of dance. Everyone is welcome to join in, and you’re free to watch at any time. No previous experience or specific physical requirements are necessary – just a love of movement and an open mind. Led by Dr Jenny Coogan, we warmly invite you to this cross-generational dance workshop.
*We’ll send out a confirmation of your place on the workshop one week before the event begins. So please don’t worry if you don’t receive immediate confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a place for last-minute bookings, but we’d still be delighted if you simply popped along and gave it a go. We usually close the registration process in good time.
