Four-day theater workshop for children aged 8 to 14

Your grandmother was born in Turkey? Your grandfather grew up with ten siblings? Maybe your other grandmother had to work as a child? And one of your grandfathers was once a Young Pioneer – but what is that exactly? We know our grandparents very well, but what were they actually like as children? What did they dream of, what did they hope for back then?

In this holiday workshop, we want to become detectives and search for different – perhaps even hidden – family stories and things that remind us of these stories. From our findings, we will develop little play scenes and build simple puppets, and find out what new experiences await them in the future and what connects us to our family stories.
