New music by children and young people from Dresden and Strasbourg.

"Rattertakt" takes you on a musical journey into the world of fantasy - all the way to Havana! Experience stories of goblins and treasure hunters with mysterious titles like "Lucrum perditum" or "Qwrxlrdnkrl!".

This moderated family concert features new chamber music for flute, clarinet, violin and cello, which the 8 to 20-year-olds composed tailor-made for the musicians from collective lovemusic under the guidance of composers Silke Fraikin, Johannes Korndörfer, Annette Schlünz and Bernd Schumann.

The internationally sought-after ensemble collective lovemusic from Strasbourg (Ensemble Prize of the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation 2025) will make its concert debut in Dresden as part of this cooperation project and present world premieres by young composers from both twin cities, including "Auf dem Bahnhof" by Levin Schleif, "Der Lauf der Kobolde" by Jonas Kerda, "Rattertakt" by Elias Krauße, "5 Miniatures" by Lou Gitz and "Jäger der Legenden" by Fanny Weber.

In short interviews, the young composers will introduce themselves and their ideas to the audience.
