In this community workshop, we explore presence as a living connection between body, attention and togetherness. We start with targeted dance exercises to align ourselves, develop body awareness and sharpen our senses. We then delve deeper into improvisation: first with a focus on individual movement mechanics, then in the growing interplay of the group. Inspired by different musical genres, we explore how music influences, supports or challenges our dancing. Under the motto “I will dance for you”, dance becomes an act of sharing - personal, courageous and communal.
