HELLERmoves with Anna Till

The workshop is based on the production "Augen auf, Augen zu" and teaches working methods from performance development. "Augen auf, Augen zu" (Eyes open, eyes closed) deals with different perspectives on age/s. In the workshop, people in different phases of life can meet and share their perspectives on movement. Transformation and change in movement are at the centre of the workshop, exercises to connect breathing and movement lead to movement improvisations and dance sequences. The group is encouraged to experiment with transitions and to explore gradual, abrupt, soft or powerful changes in dance movement sequences. All people are invited, with and without dance or movement experience and special needs.

The workshop is aimed specifically at participants of different age groups (approx. 14-88 years).
