Easterbreak Workshop with RADIKALE TÖCHTER
Out of the feeling of powerlessness and instead into action art!
HELLERAU thrives on encounters with artistic positions and processes from different art disciplines. In cooperation with RADIKALE TÖCHTER, cultural and political education are combined during this easter workshop week, especially in light of the 2024 state elections.
In this workshop, we came together with a group of young adults (16 – 21 years) from Dresden and the surrounding area to find out what it means to develop a political stance and make it creatively visible to the public.
Together we scoured Dresden and spread the good news of action art. Action art makes you want to get involved with things that move you and become politically active. Because power comes from doing. Over 5 workshop days, the group explored political action art, attitude as an artistic practice and our own emotions.
