JOMÉE, inspired by the Icelandic word “ljomi” (“the shine”), is a guitarist and singer who combines soulful melodies with a mixture of groove, finesse and luminous presence. Her music is an exciting interplay of guitar and voice, charming 80s synth sounds, catchy basslines and sometimes groovy-funky, sometimes soft-pop drums. Her sound is reminiscent of artists such as Alicia Keys, Alin Coen or Lianne La Havas – and once you immerse yourself in it, you will take her brilliance home with you.
