Reason NOW!: Krysia Bednarek

Krysia Bednarek is a theatre worker and writer. She co-creates queer, feminist and political fiction projects, i.a. with Agnieszka Błońska, Roza Sarkisian, Aleksandra Bielewicz, Maksymilian Nowak and Maximilian Pellert. In art she seeks riot, encounter and clowning. During the residency Krysia Bednarek wants to focus on a research of communities involved in magical practices, trying to leap over the trap of categorisation, mixing the logical with the esotericism, the own family story with global trends. She wants to find out how performative art can manage the need for belonging and closeness and expand her my own knowledge in a territory overlooked and ignored by the reason.
