HELLERAU vouchers worth € 10, € 20, € 30 or € 40 are available online in our ticket shop, in the visitor centre or at the box office. You can redeem the voucher online or up to one hour before the start of the event at the box office of the selected event.
The HELLERAU voucher is valid for three years. If a remaining credit balance arises upon redemption, it will be charged and can be used for a further performance. A cash payment is not possible.
Note: HELLERAU vouchers are not valid for performances of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company. Vouchers for the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company can be purchased separately in the visitor centre or in the online-shop. These are only valid for events of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company taking place at HELLERAU (Dresden).
If you attend two events in one evening, you will receive a 50 per cent discount on the designated event. Bookable via the Visitor Centre.

With the new KulturPass, young people who are turning 18 this year or already have, can go on a cultural discovery trip. With a budget of €200 in total, they can take part in a wide range of cultural activities – from visits to the cinema, museum and theater to concerts and books. The KulturPass app has been available for free download since June 14, 2023.
