Pavel Milyakov aka BUTTECHNO is a musician and producer from Moscow and one of the most important voices of the scene. He is co-founder of “Johns’ Kingdom”, a label of the self-proclaimed “group of pretty unknown artists” of the Russian dancefloor avantgarde, which advocates anonymity (“untitled united”) and an AntiEgo approach as a fundamental principle of creativity. Milyakov stands for dystopic and expansive reflections on techno as reflections of an environment dominated by desolation. His debut album “SPORT”, released on “Johns’ Kingdom”, followed a 12″ single and was produced for the AW15 catwalk of Russian fashion designer Gosha Rubchinsky.
